unravel & reflect
We were instructed to create an experiential space with simple volumes and texture mapping. I created my space by radially dividing a cylinder and wrapping the interior with mirrors, a vibrant red band, and transparency grids.
In the center of the circular space the red ribbon, which is otherwise flat, becomes a structural element, rising above the mirrored walls.
